When grief, loss, or isolation silence your voice, we’ll reclaim it.
Together, we’ll restore trust, hope, and the confidence to begin again.

I provide in-person therapy in West Los Angeles
and virtual therapy throughout California.

Therapy that honors your story, nurtures resilience, and
strengthens connection—for individuals, intimate partners, and families.

Welcome. I’m Deniz. When we work together, you’ll find more than a therapist—you’ll have a thoughtful ally.

My path began in humanitarian aid, supporting people through loss and resilience across cultures. Now, I help clients transform grief, trauma, and identity struggles into healing and reclamation.

I walk alongside those carrying profound losses—bereavement, a pet who once rescued them from loneliness, life changed by cancer or chronic illness, fractured family ties, or longing for a homeland they can’t return to. Many straddle cultures, faiths, or generations. Sensitive and often misunderstood, they long for depth, connection, and a place where their story isn’t pathologized.

I offer trauma- and grief-informed care through a cross-cultural lens, blending mindful presence, body-based awareness, and depth-oriented conversation with creative exploration. I see people as more than the problems they face, honoring the resilience and uniqueness they bring. Each story, memory, and insight becomes a thread woven into narratives of possibility and renewal. Together, we shape grounded tools to help you return home to yourself—rooted in your values, upheld by your dignity.

I am a neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ affirming provider.

Many I support are educators, entrepreneurs, creatives, scientists, healers, and community builders—people who carry much, feel deeply, and are ready for a new way of being.
