WINTER CONNECTION GROUP
This therapist-guided group is for people who have spent long periods feeling isolated or disconnected —often due to trauma, grief, health challenges, depression, fear, or other life circumstances that made the world feel unsafe. If you feel a quiet readiness—a sense that it's time to return to life—this group offers a steady, supportive path back to connection and community. 

WHY AN 8-WEEK PROGRAM IN DECEMBER?
The holidays amplify loneliness but also offer possibility for renewal. Starting December 1st gives participants a supportive space during this tender season—a place to be seen and to start again.

A progression through the inner landscape of isolation and reconnecting:
