WINTER CONNECTION GROUP
This therapist-guided group is for people who have spent long periods feeling isolated or disconnected —often due to trauma, grief, health challenges, depression, fear, or other life circumstances that made the world feel unsafe. If you feel a quiet readiness—a sense that it's time to return to life—this group offers a steady, supportive path back to connection and community. 

  • Dates/Time: Mondays, 6–7 PM • Dec 1, 2025 – Jan 19, 2026

  • Duration: 8 weeks

  • Group Size: 7 participants

  • Format: In person

  • Cost: $200 for the full series. Refunds available after the 1st or 2nd session; none after week 3.
